Does TradePulse offer raw data?
Yes. TradePulse offers raw data for supported tickers through our Data Export feature, which is available with the Pro plan subscription. You can download the data as a CSV file and use it as needed.
I can’t sign in or reset my password
TradePulse requires email verification as part of the sign-up and sign-in process. While we do not require card information to create an account, email verification is mandatory. Please check your inbox (including your spam folder) for the verification email. If you need further assistance, contact us at support@tradepulse.net, and we’ll be happy to help you get onboarded.
I use one of your partner services. Can I use TradePulse there if I am a paid customer?
This depends on the partner platform you are using. Access and features may vary based on individual partnership agreements. Please refer to our Partners section for details. If you still have questions, reach out to support@tradepulse.net, and we’ll be glad to assist.
I would like to cancel after the trial. How do I do that?
If your Pro plan is currently in a trial period and you have not added a payment method, your account will automatically switch to the Free plan once the trial expires.
I wanted to use a promo code but forgot to apply it. Can I still get the discount?
Yes—promo codes can sometimes be missed. In many cases, we can apply the discount after payment, provided the promotion is still active.
