Protecting Your Information
At TradePulse Technologies, protecting client information, proprietary datasets, and platform integrity is an important part of how we operate our business. We maintain administrative, technical, and operational safeguards designed to help protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our systems and services.
Sensitive information transmitted through our platform and APIs is protected using secure communication protocols, including HTTPS and TLS encryption where applicable. Internal access to systems and data is restricted to authorized personnel based on operational responsibilities and business necessity.
Secure Access Controls
TradePulse maintains internal access control procedures designed to help reduce the risk of unauthorized access to company systems, cloud environments, APIs, and datasets.
Authentication safeguards may include multi-factor authentication, least-privilege access principles, credential management procedures, and periodic review of privileged accounts. Administrative access to production environments is restricted to authorized technical personnel only.
Third-Party Broker Connectivity
TradePulse may integrate with third-party broker connectivity providers to enable users to link their existing brokerage accounts to our platform. These integrations are facilitated through third-party connectivity services and their respective broker partners.
Authentication, credential management, and account access associated with connected brokerage accounts are handled directly by the applicable third-party connectivity provider and the relevant broker platforms. TradePulse does not store, manage, or access users’ broker credentials or authentication information through these integrations.
The security practices, data handling, and access controls of third-party connectivity providers and connected broker platforms are governed by their own policies and are outside TradePulse’s administrative control or responsibility. Users are encouraged to review the applicable security and privacy policies of any third-party connectivity service and broker platform they choose to connect with through our platform.
Monitoring & Threat Detection
We maintain operational monitoring and logging practices intended to help identify unusual activity, support system reliability, and assist in responding to potential security events.
TradePulse periodically reviews infrastructure activity, authentication events, and operational alerts to support the security and stability of our services and internal systems.
Cloud & Infrastructure Security
TradePulse utilizes reputable cloud and infrastructure providers to support the availability, scalability, and operational security of our services.
Cloud-hosted environments may include encrypted storage, managed infrastructure protections, backup and recovery capabilities, and environment-based access restrictions intended to help safeguard operational systems and sensitive information.
Secure Development Practices
We incorporate security-focused practices into the design, development, deployment, and maintenance of internally developed applications and APIs.
Development, testing, and production environments may be separated where appropriate, and internally developed systems are maintained through ongoing software updates, dependency management practices, and operational maintenance procedures intended to reduce cybersecurity risk.
Business Continuity & Recovery
TradePulse maintains operational continuity and recovery measures intended to support the availability and restoration of core systems and services in the event of operational disruptions or cybersecurity incidents.
Backup and recovery capabilities are maintained within our infrastructure environments to help support operational resilience and service continuity.
Employee Confidentiality & Data Handling
Access to sensitive information is limited to employees, contractors, and authorized service providers who require such access for legitimate business purposes.
Personnel with access to confidential information or internal systems are subject to internal confidentiality obligations and operational security requirements designed to support responsible handling of company and client information.
User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for any activity that occurs under their account. Users should use strong, unique passwords and enable any available account security features. TradePulse encourages users to notify us promptly at support@tradepulse.net if they suspect any unauthorized access to or use of their account.
Incident Response
In the event of a security incident affecting user data or platform integrity, TradePulse will take appropriate steps to investigate and address the incident. Where required by applicable law or where we determine it is otherwise appropriate, we will notify affected users via the email address associated with their TradePulse account in a timely manner.
Where applicable law requires notification of a security incident within a specified period, we will provide such notification within the timeframe required by that law.
Ongoing Security Review
TradePulse periodically reviews and updates operational and security practices as technologies, infrastructure, and business requirements evolve.
While we take reasonable measures designed to help protect systems and information, no method of electronic transmission, storage, or cybersecurity protection can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
